Applications are collected through Tally, our online form provider.
Information submitted through Tally may be stored and processed using its systems and service providers, including systems located outside New Zealand.
Application information may be accessed by authorised representatives of Banh Wagon NZ Limited and Stef the Māori Ltd who assist with recruitment and administration.
We do not sell applicants' personal information.
We may disclose information where required or permitted by New Zealand law.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
We will retain unsuccessful applications and CVs for up to six months after the recruitment process closes, unless we have a legitimate reason or legal obligation to retain them longer.
After this period, we will securely delete or anonymise information that is no longer required.
Information relating to successful applicants may be retained for the duration of their contractor relationship and any additional period required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
5. Protecting Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
Access to applications is limited to people who require the information for recruitment or administration purposes.
6. Accessing or Correcting Your Information

You may also ask us to delete your application information. We will consider deletion requests in accordance with our legal obligations.

Our website is hosted through Shopify, and our operator application forms are provided through Tally.
These services may process personal information on our behalf in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.
